We loved our 3-nights stay. The location was best possible, not very far from a pedestrian street. Visited their restaurant Madero couple of times.

I liked this small hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The provided service was good.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

I have had a good experience, this divine, clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. The staff were responsive and helpful, everything was perfectly fine. The breakfast was above average with daily fresh local fruit for the buffet breakfast. I spent 5 nights here and I loved that.

The staff is attentive, the breakfast lovely, the ocation is stunning adjacent to Zocalo, shops, all the attractions.

We liked this clean hotel with a cozy lobby. The breakfast had lots of appetising food and drinks. The venue was in a very central location close to all restaurants including Casa de azulejos Sanborns. We found nice Bertico Cafe nearby with hot beverages.

Actually, internet was terrible and our bed was a little hard.

The hotel was fairly clean, there were exceptional staff and extraordinary breakfasts. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The room was big and newly decorated when I arrived. Its location was very central, within walking distance of Downtown Mexico.

I loved this airy hotel in the center of the city. The staff was terrific and everything was outstanding. Bed was large and the room was comfortable quiet. Quiet central location, walking distance to an 18th-century Baroque palace. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was beautiful. The service was friendly during all my really unforgettable stay.

Well-appointed room, I had facilities I needed. Brilliant location, 10-minute stroll to the subway. Everything was wonderful as always.

Very peaceful rooms, rather good staff, prime location - loved it! Late check-out was useful. Picture perfect hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Found a place called sanborns de los azulejos, set right at the venue, ate there a few times.

Worth its 4 stars. Came in Mexico City to relax and have fun, this hotel was nice comfy base for doing it. The reception staff does a fabulous job.
